I would love to help u put your name and business of your true calling of baking out there for all of Santa Clarita. Lets put up a banner/flyers to get our local community to order from you. Lets talk about what u need from me and how i can help you. Also, i I think that for each toutnment day we wil need about 400 items. Please call me so we can chat...thxs Marcia. I used several pans for this cake. First, I used a small oven-safe bowl for the beaver's head. I used a 6-inch round for the boddy, but I let the cake "dome" in the middle and did not bother to tort/level it. The tail was also made from a 6-inch round pan, but I cut the sides out to create the look of a beaver's tail. I poured homemade chocolate ganache over the tail to give it that smooth, shiny look.
